Trent Boult and getting the habit of picking wickets in the power-play is a great love-story. Throughout the IPL, Boult has made a habit of getting wickets in his first over, and he continued the trend in the ongoing IPL match against Gujarat Titans (GT).
He started the over on the wrong note, and bowled a low full toss which Saha clipped away for a boundary, but the Kiwi legend immediately corrected his line and pitched a good length ball on the third delivery that brought the downfall of Saha.
Saha missed his flick as the ball lobbed up in the air. Four fielders converged at the same time - Samson, Hetmyer, Jurel, and Boult. The ball trickled off the keepers' hand and Boult had the game awareness as he kept his calm and caught the ball with relative ease.
Talking about the match, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and they elected to bowl first. Interestingly, Riyan Parag is back in the playing XI after being dropped from the previous match.
Adam Zampa gets a nod in the playing XI, and Jason Holder makes his way out.
