Australia are set to face India in a gruelling 3-match T20I series, starting from September 20 in Mohali. Ahead of the mouth-watering clash, star bowler, Pat Cummins talked about the recently concluded Asia Cup and whether he followed what transpired in the event.

What did Cummins say?

In his press conference ahead of the series, he talks about the challenges of facing India and also talks about India's star batter, Virat Kohli.

"To be really honest, I didn't see any of that tournament. I think Sri Lanka won? But I didn't see any of it. I saw Virat Kohli, and I think he scored a hundred. He's a class player and he was bound to return to form, and he's going to be a challenge this week, said Pat Cummins.

Cummins' say on the Indian challenge

"I think a lot of games in India are played at a different pace as compared to Australia, the boundaries are a bit smaller. I think we need to adapt very quickly, there will be days when the wicket will be a bit slower, then the cutters and those type of stuffs becomes very important for a bowler."

The two teams are evenly matched on paper and the series provides a perfect opportunity for both India and Australia to get prepared for the T20 World Cup.
