ZIM vs AFG 2nd ODI: Captains' Thoughts
Hashmatullah Shahidi (Afghanistan Captain): We don't have any other option left (on getting to bat first). He (Azmatullah Omarzai) bowled really well, he returned with four wickets, and I thought he would take a fifer. I am sure he will take a fifer in the upcoming matches. Fazalhaq Farooqi and Naveed Zadran are also terrific bowlers; they also know how to move the new cherry. No changes to our team."
Craig Ervine (Zimbabwe Captain): "We will bowl first. There's a bit of moisture, and hopefully, we can make the most of it. Credit to Afghanistan—their seamers bowled exceptionally well in those 9 or 10 overs. We've made one change to our lineup today, Tinotenda Maposa comes in for Blessing Muzarabani."
