The 44-day Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) 2022 is upon completion tomorrow when the Sydney Sixers take on the Adelaide Strikers in the final at North Sydney Oval.

The Ellyse Perry-led Sixers have been in top form in the ongoing competition, winning 11 of their 14 matches to finish at the top of the points table. The Sixers' will be eager to claim their third WBBL title in what is said to be a remarkable season, considering they finished last in WBBL 2021.

Meanwhile, Tahlia McGrath-led Strikers are coming into the final after a close win against Brisbane Heat and will look to better their result from the last edition, where they lost to eventual-winners Perth Scorchers.

The Sixers hold the edge over the Strikers, having won 12 of their 17 WBBL clashes. However, the Strikers have a formidable squad and are pretty much capable of surprising Ellyse Perry and co.
