In the 37th over of the 3rd ODI between India and Australia, the cricketing world witnessed a moment of brilliance when Virat Kohli took a stunning catch to dismiss Alex Carey. Australia, having won the toss and opted to bat, were determined to bounce back after losing the previous two ODIs against India.

The match started on a positive note for the Aussies, with their openers, David Warner and Mitchell Marsh, providing a solid foundation. Both Warner and Marsh notched up half-centuries. However, the Indian bowlers were persistent, and it was Prasidh Krishna who struck first, removing the dangerous David Warner for a well-made 56 off just 34 deliveries. Kuldeep Yadav joined the party in the 27th over, sending Mitchell Marsh back to the pavilion for 96 runs off 84 balls.

With the scoreboard reading 3 wickets down, Alex Carey walked in to steady the ship for Australia in the 31st over. The conditions were ideal for batting, and Carey, known for his stroke-making abilities, had an opportunity to make a significant impact.

However, it was in the 37th over that the momentum shifted in India's favor. Jasprit Bumrah, who had an uncharacteristic off day, finally had reason to celebrate. He cleverly utilized a change of pace, outfoxing Carey, who chipped the ball straight into the hands of Virat Kohli at extra cover. The former Indian skipper's incredible reflexes and safe hands brought an end to Carey's innings. This wicket was crucial for Bumrah, who had conceded 57 runs in his 6 overs but managed to provide the breakthrough when it mattered the most.
