Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) nightmare has come true in the form of Travis Head. The SRH opener went bonkers against the RCB side and has already taken the game away from the home team.

Put into bat by Faf du Plessis, SRH were off to a superb start, courtesy, Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma, who took a special liking towards the Chinnaswamy surface. Fair to say that the RCB bowlers helped in their cause as well, bowling wayward deliveries as the boundary floodgates opened.

Head tears apart RCB

Head was the chief aggressor, with him taking on Reece Topley and Yash Dayal. The two bowlers missed their lines and lengths and Head punished them with a couple of maximums.

He didn't even spare Lockie Ferguson, who was taken apart by the Aussie batter with ease. He eventually raced away to a 20-ball fifty with a bullet boundary off the Yash Dayal delivery as RCB looked clueless from the other end.

Talking about the match, SRH have completed their team hundred in just the 8th over of the innings. Not only head, but Abhishek Sharma has also joined the party as Faf du Plessis is struggling to contain the runs.

At the moment, Head is batting at 86 off 33 balls, and will look to bring up his maiden IPL ton.
