Riding on batters' incredible performance, Australia have dominated India in the ongoing fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy at Melbourne Cricket Ground. After Steve Smith's clinical century ensured a 400-plus total for the hosts, Mitchell Starc exhibited his power-hitting skills, adding some valuable runs to his team's tally lower down the order.

Hailed for his ability to make the new ball talk, Mitchell Starc can also hit a long ball and has played several impactful cameos in the past. The left-arm fast bowler didn't think twice before turning his aggressive mode on, countering the Indian bowlers, including Jasprit Bumrah, with the utmost perfection.

As the lunch time approached, Indian captain Rohit Sharma brought Bumrah into the attack, hoping for a miracle. However, the Indian spearhead was welcomed in some style by Mitchell Starc, who smashed him for an effortless six over the long-on.

The incident occurred during the 111th over of Australia's first innings when Starc had already tackled 21 deliveries from the Indian bowlers. After starting his over with a dot ball, Bumrah tried to induce a false shot off Starc's bat, inviting him to go big by bowling a full-length delivery.

However, as there was no movement on offer for the speedster, Starc managed to connect the ball beautifully, dispatching it into the stands for a glorious six. His stunning hit made Steve Smith awestruck, as the centurion applauded his courageous shot with an animated facial expression.
