India Women set a formidable total of 603/6 declared in their first innings. On Day 2 of the one-off Test against South Africa Women, they put the visitors under pressure as they claimed two crucial wickets before tea. 

Sneh Rana was instrumental, as she dismissed both Laura Wolvaardt and Anneke Bosch.

Rana consistently troubled the batters, first included an inside edge and then an outside edge from Bosch, which Deepti Sharma took a commendable catch at the slip. 

Bosch's dismissal for 39 runs from 73 balls broke a crucial 63-run partnership with Sune Luus.

India began the session on a positive note as Sneh Rana provided the first breakthrough by dismissing Laura Wolvaardt. However, South Africa clawed their way back into this innings as the duo of Luus and Bosch stitched together a 66 run-stand for the 2nd wicket. 

South Africa finished the second session at 106/2, trailing by 497 runs, with Luus and Kapp adding 10 more runs since Bosch's wicket. The South African batters now face the challenging task of chipping away at the deficit and batting long to stay competitive in the match.
