Ever since Smriti Mandhana came to bowl during India's ODIs against South Africa at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, fans were in absolute awe to see her bowling action very similar to Virat Kohli. 

As both Mandhana and Kohli wear No. 18 jersey for both Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and India and arguably the poster boy and girl for their side, the hype around it, of course, is understandable.

A similar thing happened yet again on Saturday (June 29) when India's skipper Harmanrpreet Kaur introduced Mandhana for the first time into the attack when they were up against South Africa on Day 2 of the one-off Test at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.

Mandhana Rolls Her Arm Over In IND-W Vs SA-W Test

Mandhana conceded eight runs off her two overs, although South Africa's star all-rounder Marizanne Kapp, who remained unbeaten on 69, smashed a glorious boundary off her to ruin the mood of almost everybody across India.

Eventually, South Africa closed the day on 236/4 after India's mammoth 603/6 declared. Mandhana, of course, made headlines earlier with a flamboyant 149, while Shafali Verma stole the show with a Virender Sehwag-esque double century.
