In the ongoing 2nd ODI between India and England at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, the visitors, batting first, got off to a brilliant start. The decision turned out to be a masterstroke courtesy of Ben Duckett and Joe Root's fifty-plus scores on the board.

Notably, Harry Brook and Joe Root stitched a 66-run stand for the 3rd wicket but Shubman Gill broke that stand with a brilliant catch running backwards. The Indian vice-captain hogged the headlines for that brilliant piece of work.

Further, Gill continued to display his brilliant fielding as he took another blinder to send Jos Buttler packing. On the 4th ball of the 39th over, Buttler looked to clear the mid-on, but didn't get the timing and Gill put a dive forward to take a brilliant catch and bring India back in the hunt.
