The Northern Superchargers women are taking on the Trent Rockets in the fourth match of the Women's Hundred 2024. This match is being played at the Headingley in Leeds, United Kingdom. 

The Trent Rockets won the toss in this match and opted to bat first. Grace Scrivens and Byrony Smith opened the innings for the Rockets. The duo had given their team a solid start.

Grace Scrivens showed a lot of glimpses of her talent in her short stay. Her innings was decorated with some brilliant shots. 

However, one particular shot caught the eyes of the spectators. The experienced Kate Cross came up with the second set of the match. On the first delivery of this set, Scriven played an attractive straight drive.

Cross bowled a fullish delivery at the off stump. Scrivens leaned forwards to the pitch of the ball and punched it back past the bowler with a straght bat. The elegance and the way she executed this shot reminded the viewers of the Indian legend - Yuvraj Singh. 



At the time of the righting, the Trent Rockets 47/1 in 33 deliveries. Scrivens has been dismissed, however he has provided the Rockets with a perfect platform by making the most of the powerplay sets.
