In a surprising turn of events, Sanju Samson, the man who was dismissed controversially on Tuesday during Rajasthan Royals' IPL 2024 clash against Delhi Capitals, was seen shaking hands with DC's chairman and co-owner Parth Jindal after the match.
This was 'surprising' because Jindal reacted unprofessionally from the stands when Samson lost his wicket following a catch taken by Shai Hope near the boundary line. Notably, the RR skipper was part of the DC camp in 2016 and 2017, so many opined it was unnecessary from a owner to a player who was previously played for his side.
Samson was alongside Manoj Badale, the RR owner, when he was having a conversation with Jindal. The three had a laugh as well, and Delhi Capitals posted each and every moment of their little chat in a video on social media.

Jindal's angry reaction came when Samson went to the on-field umpire to question him despite being given out by the third umpire. The RR skipper was later penalised as well for his behaviour, although Jindal's gestures were nowhere near acceptable.
