India and Australia are battling it out in the fourth Test of the Border Gavaskar Trophy at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne in Australia. It is a crucial match when it comes to the context of the series and the spot in the final of the WTC.

Australia won the toss ahead of the game and opted to bat first. They made one change to their side from the last Test match. Nathan McSweeney, who debuted at the beginning of the series was dropped as he failed to impress and the 19-year-old Sam Konstas was given his debut Test cap.

The right-handed opening batter has impressed a lot of the Australian cricket fans and experts with his guts and attitude in the domestic arena. He performed even in one of the innings that he played in the ongoing edition of the BBL. 

Sam Konstas Hit A Six Off The Reverse Scoop Against Bumrah

The young batter has showed no signs of nerve during his time in his first ever international appearance. He brought out his innovative side to throw the Indian bowlers off their rhythm. In the third over of the innings, Konstas attempted a reverse scoop but failed to connect. He was teased by the Indian cricketers for the audacity that he showed.

However, the surroundings did not faze the young opener. He attempted the same and did it successfully in the 7th over of the innings. He was on the mood to take on Bumrah and brought out the scoop on the first delivery of the over. This was followed by a six from the reverse scoop on the second delivery. It was soon followed by another boundary on the fifth delivery. Konstas scored 14 runs off the over and gave a testament of the attitude and aggression he brings on the table.
