Saim Ayub is one of the most exciting young talents in Pakistan cricket and every time he gets going, he is a treat to watch. In the 25th match of PSL 2024 between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators, he was again off to a flier and scored 30 off just 12 balls. He slammed three sixes and  one four in his knock. One of those three sixes was against Mohammad Amir in the third over that left everyone on the ground awestruck.

Saim Ayub and Babar Azam have been giving great start to his team throughout the season and they did that again as Quetta Gladiators bowlers looked clueless. 

The six off Amir was the first delivery of the third over and it was a back-of-a-length delivery, on off. Ayub picked the length quickly and hammered it way over deep mid-wicket for a maximum. 

His knock was cut short by Sohail Khan in the fourth over though, but he still would be happy with the kickstart he has been able to give his team against a quality bowling attack of Quetta. Babar Azam, on the other hand, is also going strong and is looking set for another big score.
