After bowling England out for 218 runs in the first innings, India got off to a flying start in the ongoing fifth Test against England in Dharamsala.

While the in-form Yashasvi Jaiswal took his time, captain Rohit Sharma came out with all guns blazing, playing some scintillating shots against the visiting seamers.

A major highlight of Rohit's innings was a stunning hook shot, which he played against ace English seamer Mark Wood

The incident occurred in the fourth over when England captain Ben Stokes continued Mark Wood at one end, partnering him with James Anderson at the other.

After keeping it tight in the first three balls, Wood banged it short to hurry Rohit up on his pull.

However, the veteran Indian batter managed to get on top of the bounce and whack it for a massive six. As soon as Rohit hooked the ball, it sailed over the square leg fence, enthralling the spectators.

Rohit followed the six with a glorious boundary on the offside, demoralising Wood in this process.

Riding on the openers' fireworks, India have raced to 46 for no loss in 9.3 overs, with Rohit and Jaiswal batting on 21* and 25*, respectively.
