[Watch] Rohit Sharma Makes 'Big Blunder' As He Fails To Take DRS Off Bumrah's Bowling

Indian prominent fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah missed out on a well-deserved wicket after India declined to challenge the on-field call on an LBW appeal, which could have sent Ben Duckett packing. Later replays saw India's worst nightmare come to life as three reds appeared on ball tracking. 

England cricket team fought back with bazball intent in its second innings as the visitors slammed over 60 runs in the first 10 overs. After Zak Crawley fell to Ashwin, Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope rebuilt a sturdy partnership.

Having said that, when the plan to use spinners from both ends failed, Rohit Sharma used his trump card, Jasprit Bumrah. Despite a lack of assistance from the pitch, Bumrah stuck to his line and length to force the batter into a miscue.

Well, Jasprit Bumrah did manage to break through Duckett's defense on the final delivery of the 17th over. Bumrah bowled a length delivery just outside the off-stump line and generated a rare seam moment off the surface. 

Ben Duckett was caught off guard by the moment and was completely beaten. While India made a loud appeal, the on-field umpire seemingly turned it down. Meanwhile, skipper Rohit Sharma and wicket-keeper Bharat contemplated the review but eventually chose against it due to a lack of confidence in the gut feeling. Most fielders in the circle thought it was missing leg stump.

Having said that, Indians' jaws dropped when replays showed that had India reviewed, Duckett would have been on his way back. The ball tracking showed the ball would have crashed into the leg stump. 

The Indian side was largely disappointed, and Jasprit Bumrah had his hands over his head. He was screaming in angst and couldn't wrap his head around the lost opportunity.

However, Bumrah did not take much time to take his revenge and cleaned up Ben Duckett with a peach of a delivery.
