[Watch] Rizwan Stays Calm, Babar Gets Angry As Haris Rauf ‘Outfoxes’ Mushfiqur Rahim

Babar Azam is not among the ones who usually show his emotion on the field. However, the Men in Green skipper seemed pumped up after Haris Rauf got the big wicket of Mushfiqur Rahim, while Mohammad Rizwan kept his calm despite a clear nick behind off the Bangladeshi wicket-keeper.

It was a back-of-a-length delivery by Rauf, who conceded 13 runs off his first five balls on Tuesday (October 31) against Litton Das and Rahim during Pakistan’s World Cup 2023 match against Bangladesh. Batting on five off eight balls, Rahim could only get a thin outside edge, and Rizwan did not even appeal after completing a simple catch.

Rauf, although, did not hesitate to appeal, while Rahim, immediately after the umpire raised his finger, began to walk back to the pavilion.

After the success, Babar came to motivate Rauf, suggesting he was telling his premier pacer that if the line and length were right, success would follow.
