Gautam Gambhir roared aggressively on Saturday evening after Kolkata Knight Riders' nail-biting four-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 3 of the IPL 2024 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. 

The former India batter, who helped KKR win two IPL titles in three years, was seen at his good-old ferocious nature after Harshit Rana held his nerve and gave his side a memorable victory.

Coming to defend just 13 runs off the final over, Rana, who gave a flying kiss send-off to Mayank Agarwal earlier, put up an excellent show altogether, which included a dangerous wicket of Heinrich Klaasen.

Emotions were everywhere at the Purple and Gold Brigade after the win, as Andre Russell, who set the stage on fire earlier, brought out a Hulk-like celebration. Gambhir, on the other hand, was seen pumped up at the dug-out, as were head coach Chandrakant Pandit and another important support staff Abhishek Nayar. There were plenty of reactions from others as well.

KKR will next face Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Friday (March 29) in Match 10 of the ongoing edition at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. The Faf du Plessis-led side, who played the season opener against defending champions CSK, began the season with a six-wicket defeat.
