Haris Rauf made his return to international cricket on Saturday (May 25) during the second T20I between Pakistan and England, taking place at Edgbaston, Birmingham. However, the express fast bowler did not get a warm welcome, getting hammered for 17 runs in his opening over.

In fact, Will Jacks, who reaped rewards for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in IPL 2024, took the attack to Rauf on the very second ball of the over. The ball was right in the slot, and was bound to be punished. Jacks got under the ball, and smashed it over mid-on for six runs while holding the pose.

No wonder from who Jacks got the inspiration to hit Haris effortlessly. He was none other than his fellow RCB mate, and one of the greatest ever of the game, Virat Kohli.

However, Haris got Jacks' wicket later on, as the all-rounder fell after an entertaining 23-ball 37 following Phil Salt's departure. England, at the time of writing this, are 118/2 after 13.2 overs, with Jos Buttler and Jonny Bairstow in the middle.

While Buttler is batting on 64* off just 38 balls, Bairstow has been struggling badly, scoring 4* off 10 deliveries.
