[Watch] Rahmanullah Gurbaz ‘Slaps’ Haris Rauf One After Another; AFG Stun PAK Early

Rahmanullah Gurbaz slammed as many as four fours in a Haris Rauf over on Monday (October 23) during Afghanistan's World Cup clash against Pakistan in Chennai. The swashbuckling opener showed his glass, and Pakistan fielders, as well as spectators in stadium, left stunned to see him go berserk.

Among all four boundaries, the second one Gurbaz scored against Haris Rauf caught everyone’s attention.

Rauf offered width and bowled an outside off-stump delivery to Gurbaz, and the Afghanistani opener timed it perfectly to cut it for four. It was brilliantly placed, as no Pakistani fielder did not get a chance to stop it.

Rauf was disappointed after his lacklustre first over, and Babar Azam and Shadab Khan were quick to console him.

However, Rauf came back in style in the following over, as he bowled a maiden to regain his momentum.

Chasing 283, Afghanistan were off to a flyer against Pakistan at Chepauk. As of writing, Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran have posted 75/0 after 12 overs, with Gurbaz and Zadran on 36* and 39* respectively.
