Tanzim Hasan Sakib is a talented fast bowler from Bangladesh, but his behavour on and off the field has been questinoable for a long time and has been involved in numerous fights. He is playing for Sylhet Strikers in Bangladesh Premier League and in the 17th match of the season against Khulna Tigers, he found himself in the middle of another big fight.

The incident happened on the first ball of the 17th over when Tanzim Hasan Sakib got the wicket of Mohammad Nawaz. It was a lovely slower deliverty, around and Nawaz got completely bamboozled, handing an easy catch to short third man. As soon as the catch was taken, Tanzim Hasan Sakib spitted out some words to Nawaz as the two came close, there was an ugly physical contact.

Both of them started arguing with each other and it turned out to be quite an heated altercation with Tanzim pointing fingers towards dressing room. Nawaz was clearly not happy, but other players intervened and the two were seperated to avoid more escalation of tensions. Earlier, in the season, Tanzim Hasan Sakib was also involved in a mild fight with Towhid Hridoy and has got into some banters at the international level too.

The wicket of Nawaz though proved crucial in the game and Tanzim Hasan Sakib with his two scalps played an important role in Sylhet's eight-run win.
