Hobart Hurricanes' Nikhil Chaudhary pulled off an insane catch in the on-going 24th match of Big Bash League against Adelaide Strikers at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart. He helped his teammate Waqar Salamkheil remove the dangerous Chris Lynn. 

Unfortunately Lynn was forced to walk back after scoring 49 runs however, Nikhil Chaudhary's celebration took the centre stage as he pulled off the famous 'Gabbar' celebration of Shikhar Dhawan.

In the ninth over, Salamkheil delivered a googly, full and outside off, which Lynn attempted to slog sweep. The ball turned away, and Lynn, trying to force the shot, miscued it. It flew high towards deep square leg, where Nikhil Chaudhary was stationed. Chaudhary dived forward to take a stunning low catch, completing the dismissal and sparking a jubilant celebration.

The catch brought up Chaudhary’s ‘Gabbar’ celebration as Lynn’s dismissal was a crucial breakthrough for the team, as they managed to send one of the key batters back just one run short of a half-century.

At the time of writing, Adelaide Strikers are at 137/3 with Ollie Pope and captain Alex Ross out in the middle.
