The Champions T20 Cup final between Markhors and Stallions is underway at the Rawalpindi Stadium. The Stallions, won the toss and opted to bat first. The decision turned out to be good, as they are 113/3 after 12.3 overs.
Opener Yasir Khan is breathing fire as he is unbeaten on 60 (37), which featured three fours and four sixes. Eyes were on skipper Mohammad Haris, but the Stallions skipper disappointed the fans as he returned to the pavilions with 21 (15), which featured two fours.

Nawaz, who received a lot of flak for his poor show in 2022 T20 World Cup show against India, continued to be a part of Pakistan's T20I team till January 2024, but was then ousted from the team. The 30-year-old is doing his bit to return to the side. Talking about his performance in the ongoing Champions T20 Cup, he has taken 7 wickets in 10 matches.
Shedding light on the ongoing final, he registered the figures of 35/1 in three overs. At the time of writing this article, Stallions are sailing through a big score and have put 136/3 runs on the board after 14.4 overs.
