In the ongoing match between Fortune Barishal and Sylhet Strikers at the Sylhet International Cricket Ground, the bowlers are on top as batters are struggling to score runs. Notably, the visitors won the toss and asked the hosts to bat first.

The decision turned out to be a masterstroke as the Barishal bowlers restricted Sylhet to just 125 runs. Meanwhile, the Barishal suffered two early blows, but brought the train back to track with a 64-run partnership for the 3rd wicket. 

Najmul Shanto Registers A Flop Show

Talking about the early blows, Tamim Iqbal returned to the pavilion for a golden duck. Meanwhile, Najmul Hossain Shanto couldn't perform as well on his return as he returned after scoring 4 (3), which featured a solitary four.

Najmul Shanto Keeps Wicket Against Strikers

In a surprise move, Najmul took the gloves against the Strikers instead of Mushfiqur Rahim. Shanto, kept wickets but wasn't involved in any catch or any form of dismissal. Talking about Rahim, he had a bad day in the field as he was sloppy and his misfield resulted in a four, that also angered Shaheen Afridi. 

Talking about the match, the Barishal are cruising towards a comfortable win as they require just 12 runs to win off 62 balls with eight wickets in hands.
