In the ongoing match between CSK and MI at the Chepauk Stadium in IPL 2025, 43-year-old  MS Dhoni has made fans' day as the former CSK skipper produced a lightning-fast stumping to send Suryakumar Yadav packing. The wicket fell in the 11th over of the match when Thala turned back the clock.

While MI were looking to bounce back from Rohit Sharma's duck, on the 3rd ball of the 11th over, Noor Ahmed tricked SKY with a googly and he was left hanging outside the crease. Meanwhile, Thala, in his vintage style, dislodged the bails in a blink of an eye. Watch the wicket here. 

MS Dhoni Takes The Centre Stage vs Mumbai Indians

MS Dhoni has taken the centre stage as he produced the stumping in just 0.12 seconds, which has sent the internet into a frenzy. When the match began, the fans were concerned over Dhoni's fitness as he even looked a bit slow in the first seven-eight overs.

However, Thala completely changed the narrative after the stumping. It is said to be Dhoni's 4th fastest stumping ever. He holds the record for dislodging the bails in just 0.08 seconds. 

Talking about the ongoing match, Chennai Super Kings are all over Mumbai Indians as the Men in Blue are 117/6 after 16 overs. Noor Ahmed has taken three wickets, while R Ashwin too returned among the wickets.
