[Watch] Mohammad Wasim Jr. Takes 'Hilarious Revenge' On Buttler After Bails Malfunction

Mohammad Wasim Jr. is one of the most talented young pacers emerging from Pakistan and has performed quite well whenever he has got an opportunity. In Pakistan's final game of World Cup 2023, he once again displayed his wicket-taking abilities as he picked two wickets in the final over of the innings.

However, an interesting event happened on the first delivery of the 46th over when Wasim bowled a fast back-of-a-length delivery angling into Jos Buttler. The English skipper made room and tried to pull it but missed it and got hit on his ribs as the ball deflected onto the stumps. The bails though did not fall off and it prompted Wasim Jr. to collect the ball and remove bails by his own hand, showing his frustration and disbelief on how bails failed to fall off.

Buttler though survived much to the respite of English fans and ended up scoring 27 off 18 balls with three sixes and one boundary. Haris Rauf eventually got the better of Buttler with a direct hit and England managed to score 337 on a pitch that is quite a balanced one.
