Ace Australian speedster Mitchell Starc bowled a tremendous final over, preventing South Africa from getting the final flourish to their innings in the ongoing World Cup clash in Lucknow. After getting rid of bowling all-rounder Marco Jansen, the veteran left-arm pacer cleaned up David Miller with an absolute ripper.

Regarded highly for his death-bowling skills, Starc was introduced to the attack to bowl the final over of the Proteas innings. He started the over on a high note, getting Jansen out in the very first delivery.

Following the wicket, the experienced seamer was pumped up and conceded only a leg bye before castling him with his trademark yorker.

It was a well-targeted yorker, which beat Miller as he attempted for a lofted shot, hitting the base of his middle and leg stump. After getting rid of Miller, Starc bowled two dot balls to conclude the final over. Thus, South Africa couldn't finish their innings on a high note, managing to post 311 for seven in 50 overs.

Earlier, Quinton De Kock's flamboyant century and valuable contributions from Aiden Markram, Klaasen and Jansen powered the Proteas to a challenging total. Although the surface looks like a batting beauty, the Australians must bat sensibly to hunt down the target.
