England's Adil Rashid got the better off the big-show Glenn Maxwell in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 game between AUS vs ENG at Barbados. 

Maxwell, who has had a torrid time with both the bat and ball looked in relatively better touch today. However, Rashid bowled a good one to get him for just 28 runs.

In the 15th over, Rashid bowled a flat delivery around the off-stump line. Maxwell cleared his front leg and went for a pull but he got the inner half of the bat, and the flying ball went straight down the the throat of deep mid-wicket fielder Phil Salt, who made no mistake. 

Maxwell's form has been a point of concern for a very long-time, his string of bad performances continued up until their previous game against Oman where he was dismissed for a duck. Going forward, the Aussies along with Maxwell would hope that he continues to go up and perform even better.
