[Watch] Marco Jansen Bowls 'A Ripper' To Knock Over Kusal Perera's Stumps

Marco Jansen, one of the best left-arm seamers at the moment, produced a spectacular delivery to knock over Kusal Perera's stumps in the ongoing World Cup match against Sri Lanka.

Chasing a mammoth 429, Sri Lankan batters had no choice, but to hit every ball out of the ground. Jansen bowled a pearler to castle Pathum Nissanka's stumps, but the Sri Lankan duo of Kusal Mendis and Kusal Perera, took the attack to the opposition.

Mendis, it seems, was batting on a different pitch altogether, as he crafted his way to a blazing fifty. The Proteas needed a moment of magic from somewhere, and Jansen provided just that for his side.

Coming round the wicket to Perera, Jansen bowled an in-swinger, that knocked over the stumps. With no foot movement whatsoever, Perera was bamboozled by the Proteas pacer as he saw the stumps fly back to the keeper.

Despite the Perera wicket, Mendis has kept Sri Lanka in the contest. Mendis is batting at 72 off 35 and is eying a terrific hundred against a quality South African attack.
