India are now two-time T20 World Cup champions as they registered a thrilling seven-run win in the final of T20 World Cup 2024 in Kensington Oval, Barbados. The victory marks the end of Rahul Dravid's stint as Indian coach and Indian players left no stone unturned, making it a special moment for him. 

In a video that has gone viral on social media, Indian Players are seen throwing Rahul Dravid in air, with smiles all around in the Indian camp. Dravid took over the coaching role after 2021 T20 World Cup and under his leadership, India reached the WTC final and ODI World Cup in 2023.

However, the ICC title was missing, and it has been finally achieved with a historic win in Barbados.

Talking about the match, it was quite a thriller. India won the toss and elected to bat first. They lost three in the Powerplay, but Virat Kohli and Axar Patel showed their skills and India eventually scored 176 on the board. 

In reply, South Africa almost pulled off the chase and just needed 26 off 24 balls at one point in time, but Hardik got the better of Klaasen and India dramatically managed a seven-run win.
