In the IPL 2025 match between RCB and DC at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, KL Rahul has stole the limelight in his home ground as the former RCB star played an unbeaten 93-runs knock. RCB, batting first, put 163 runs on the board. In reply, DC lost early wickets and Rahul rose to the situation. 

Notably, Rahul came to bat when DC were 10/2. The India star played a slow knock at the start and anchored the innings by taking regular singles. However, Rahul shifted gears as DC came close to the target. KL shifted his gears as per the situation and pulled off one of the greatest chase of the season. 

KL Rahul Gets Aggressive After Winning Runs

Towards the death overs, Rahul took on the bowlers, particularly, Josh Hazlewood, and slammed 22 runs off the 16th over of the match. Once KL shifted gears, he took the game away from RCB and also scored the winning runs.

It is worth noting that Rahul scored the winning runs and slammed a six off Yash Dayal to seal the win. What followed was a rare aggressive celebration as Rahul thumped his chest in joy and also pointed towards the ground signalling 'That he is still at the crease'.

It was a cold celebration by Rahul as he roared like a lion and was elated by his knock. Watch the celebration. 


It is worth noting that DC are the only unbeaten team in the tournament and have extended their winning run to four games in a row. The Capitals will next feature against Mumbai Indians on April 13 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
