In the ongoing IPL 2025 match between RCB and DC at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. The visitors won the toss and opted to field first. The decision, at first, turned out to be a nightmare as RCB smashed the fastest team fifty of the total. 

Notably, Virat Kohli and Phil Salt stitched a fifty-runs stand for the first wicket in just 3 overs. However, things took a turn after Salt got run-out. Further, Mukesh Kumar also spread his magic as he bowled a wicket-maiden over in his first of the match. 

Mukesh Kumar Joins Jofra Archer In An Elite List

Notably, Mukesh came into the attack in the seventh over of the match and he bowled a brilliant over and also took the crucial wicket of Devdutt Padikkal, who returned to the pavilion with a score of 1 (7). Further, with the feat, Kumar also joined an elite list as he became the third bowler in this year's edition to bowl a wicket maiden. 

Before Mukesh, only Jofra Archer and Vaibhav Arora scripted this feat. Notably, Archer achieved it during CSK, while Vaibhav Arora did it against SRH. Here is the complete list of players who have registered a wicket-maiden over in IPL 2025.
