Players often fail to deliver in crunch situations, but when the name is Virat Kohli, you just can't expect him to disappoint. KL Rahul, too, was not happy on Tuesday when the stage was set for the King to get another iconic hundred in one of India's most high-octane clashes in recent times, but all he saw from the non-striker's end was an opposite outcome.

Oh Virat Kohli! What Have You Done?

Batting on 84 off 98 balls while chasing 265, Kohli was on the cusp of reaching yet another remarkable hundred against Australia in the much-anticipated Champions Trophy semi-final in Dubai. However, he fell to Adam Zampa during the 43rd over, as he holed out to Ben Dwarshuis at long on after failing to pick up the leg-spinner's wrong'un.

To see that happen, Rahul, immediately after, told Kohli that he should have waited a little longer, and needless to say, the wicket-keeper batter was right in that case.

Nevertheless, the prized wicket did not cost the Men in Blue too much, as Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul almost took them to the finishing line without much damage. Hardik's 24-ball 28 was more significant to ease the pressure, while Rahul stayed till the end to get the job done.

Fittingly, Rahul hit the winning runs, smashing Glenn Maxwell for a mighty six, as India went past the finishing line with 11 balls and four wickets to spare.
