Kieron Pollard and Tim David put up a friendly exhibition at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in match number 29 of the Abu Dhabi T10 2024 season. Kieron Pollard celebrated Tim David’s downfall in the ninth over by making a hilarious gesture. It is worth noting that Pollard served as the batting coach of the Mumbai Indians franchise when David was part of Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya’s team in IPL 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Nonetheless, David clobbered 21 runs from just 14 balls with three boundaries to take Delhi Bulls to the brink of the finishing line. Shadab Khan and Fabian Allen notched up the winning runs together for the Bulls to take them to number four spot on the Abu Dhabi T10 2024 points table with a league match to spare.

Back in October this year, Tim David was released by the Mumbai Indians franchise on the day of IPL 2025 retention announcement. The hard-hitting Australian cricketer was later roped in by the RCB for a sum of Rs.3 crore.

Kieron Pollard, meanwhile, will continue to serve as the batting coach of the Mumbai Indians franchise.
