[Watch] Imam-Ul-Haq Kisses Mohammad Nawaz During World Cup Match

The World Cup 2023 has begun, and the Pakistan team is playing their first game today against the Dutch. The Dutch were superb in the first innings and took the wickets of the top three batters within 40 runs. But then Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel made a partnership of 120 runs and helped Pakistan reach a decent total of 286. 

The Netherlands had a great start in the batting, as their third wicket fell on 120, which was of Vikramjit Singh, who played amazingly, scoring 52. But Pakistan, with their bowling, came back into the game and took wickets at regular intervals. 

Bas De Leede, who took four wickets in the first innings, had a good time with the bat as well. He held the one end for a while and scored 67 before getting out against the left-arm Mohammad Nawaz.

The Netherlands team have played a good brand of cricket today, especially the all-rounder, Bas De Leede. He took four wickets with the ball and scored 67 with the bat. Because of him, the Pakistan team was under pressure as they knew if he stayed for a little more time, he would take the game away. 

Mohammad Nawaz, who played a cameo of 39 runs, took the much-needed wicket of Bas De Leede. The Pakistan team knew how important was his wicket, and while celebrating the wicket, Imam came running to Nawaz and gave him a kiss on his cheek.  Imam knew the importance of this wicket and his gesture says it all. 

The Pakistan team has won the game but they was the Netherlands team played was truly exceptional. The men in Green will be playing their next game against Sri Lanka on the 10th of October. While the Netherlands will be facing the Kiwis on the 9th of October.
