In the last few days, rains have managed to take the excitement out of two Tests already and is on course to spoil the ongoing second Test between Sri Lanka and Pakistan in Colombo.

Day 2 of the second Test at Sinhalese Sports Club, visitors Pakistan have gained a 12-run lead over Sri Lanka and headed into early lunch after rains interrupted play, with Abdullah Shafique and Babar Azam batting on 87* and 28*, respectively.

However, what caught everyone's attention was Pakistan fast bowler Hasan Ali, who was seen enjoying rain during the stoppage of play.  Not in the playing XI, Ali first helped the groundsmen cover the outfield and then was caught sliding and posing on the covers.

Hasan, 29, did not feature in the first Test at Galle as well and has mostly warmed the bench on this tour. A white-ball specialist, the Pakistan seamer has played 22 Tests for Pakistan claiming 78 wickets.

Talking about the Colombo Test, Sri Lanka were bundled out for 166 after opting to bat first, with Dhananjaya de Silva top-scoring with 57. Pacer Naseem Shah and spinner Abrar Ahmed rocked the home side batters, claiming seven wickets between them.

The Babar Azam-led side won the first Test by four wickets, and have already taken an unassailable 1-0 lead.
