India's star all-rounder, Hardik Pandya could not hold back his tears as he cried after bowling the final over of the game.

After the expensive over by Axar Patel, it almost felt as if India had lost the World Cup however, both Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya played a crucial role in reviving the innings in what can be called nothing less than a nerve cracking game.

In a viral video, Pandya can visibly be seen breaking down in tears as India won the T20 World Cup 2024.

Talking about the game, after losing Rohit Sharma and Rishabh Pant early on in the first innings, India were jolted until Virat Kohli and Axar Patel stitched a solid partnership that took India's total to 176.

During the chase, Bumrah started off well as he picked up the first wicket but after that slowly it felt as if India was losing the grip. However, then came Hardik Pandya who consciously bowled the final over of the game and India won the game by 7 runs.
