In the ongoing ILT20 match between MI Emirates and Dubai Capitals at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, the captains won the toss and decided to field first. The Emirates, batting first, put 187/7 on the board. 

Nicholas Pooran and Tom Banton were the stars with the bat as they stitched 50+ scores with the bat. Meanwhile, West Indies legend Kieron Pollard too looked to score big but fell prey to Gulbadin Naib, who was the pick of the bowler with his three-wicket haul in his quota of four overs. 

On the 4th ball of the last over of the first innings, Pollard looked to score big but was caught in the field. Following the wicket, Naib had a smile on his face and also pulled out a never-seen-before send-off in cricket. Watch the wicket and celebration here.

Gulbadin Naib Shining For Pretoria Capitals In ILT20

The Afghanistan powerhouse has got off to a brilliant start in ILT20 as he has taken six wickets in two matches. Even in the first match against MI Emirates, Naib took a three-wicket haul that helped the Capitals register a one run win.

Talking about the ongoing match, the Capitals are 115/2 after 13.4 overs and require 72 to win in 37 balls. Despite doing well for the Capitals, Naib failed to find any interest from the Capitals group during IPL 2025 mega-auction and eventually went unsold.
