India's young batting all-rounder Abhishek Sharma showcased his bowling prowess in the ongoing fourth T20I against Zimbabwe as he dismissed the in-form opener Tadiwanashe Marumani.

After being put into bat, Zimbabwe had a steady start to their innings, with Marumani adding 63 runs with Wessly Madhevere for the first wicket.

However, Abhishek Sharma emerged as India's man with a golden arm, dismissing the left-hander in his very first over.

The Zimbabwean openers had a dream start to the innings as they took on the Indian pacers, including debutant Tushar Deshpande, right from the word go.

After getting set, they even frustrated India's rampant spin bowling duo of Washington Sundar and Ravi Bishnoi with their stoic batting.

However, skipper Shubman Gill's decision to bring Abhishek Sharma into the attack proved to be a masterstroke as the left-arm spinner got rid of Marumani in his opening over.

It was a slightly short delivery from Abhishek as Marumani went into the back foot and pulled it in the leg side.

As the ball went high up in the air, Rinku Singh took a simple catch to help India get the first breakthrough.

After Marumani's departure, Zimbabwe lost Madhevere off Shivam Dube's bowling. As of writing, the hosts were 76 for two in 11.4 overs, with Brian Bennet and Sikandar Raza unbeaten in the middle.
