Mills' gesture after Shimron Hetmyer's wicket (X.com)
Former Mumbai Indians pacer Tymal Mills made a heart gesture after picking up the dangerous wicket of Shimron Hetmyer on Wednesday (July 24) in Match 2 of the Men's Hundred 2024 in Southampton.
In the process, Hetmyer's much-anticipated debut did not go in a fruitful way, as the hard-hitting West Indies middle-order batter could only manage five off three balls before losing his wicket.
While trying to play a shot towards the leg side, Hetmyer played with hard hands, which led him to get a soft touch of his outside part of the bat. Placed at point, Leus du Plooy made no mistake while taking the catch, and Mills, Southern Brave's most successful bowler across the past three editions, made a wonderful gesture to celebrate the moment.

At the time of writing this, London are 87 off 75 balls with the loss of six wickets. Andre Russell, who made a magnificent arrival, could not last long either, as Southern Brave are on top against their opposition at this moment.
If London want to post a respectable total, skipper Dan Lawrence, who is batting on 36*, must play till the end.
