Ajinkya Rahane made headlines on Wednesday (July 24) while making a sensational debut for Leicestershire in Match 4 of England One Day Cup 2024 at Grace Road, Leicester. The veteran Indian batter made 71 off 60 balls, laced with nine fours, as Leicestershire posted 369/6 on the board after coming to bat first.
During his blistering knock, which came after he walked into the middle at No. 5, played an important role in Leicestershire's huge total. Among them, a shot attracted a lot of attention, particularly because we don't see Rahane play out-of-the-box hit.
