Ever since India lost the ODI World Cup final to Australia on November 19 last year, billions of Indian fans have been in tears more often than not due to their unexpected heartbreak. And their captain of the ship, Rohit Sharma was seen in the same manner on Monday during Match 55 of IPL 2024 between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad, which held at Wankhede Stadium.
Rohit was face to face against Pat Cummins, the man who silenced each and every person at Narendra Modi Stadium when the World Cup final took place. Incidentally, Rohit fell to Cummins during the MI versus SRH fixture, and no wonder, he was devastated to fall cheaply after scoring only four runs off five balls.
When MI were batting, and Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma steadied the ship, Rohit was seen sad while sitting in the dressing room. In fact, all of a sudden, he was crying for a while, which left many fans heartbroken.

Thankfully, SKY's exceptional hundred, coupled with Tilak Varma's unbeaten 32-ball 37, helped MI chase a 174-run target with 16 balls and seven wickets to spare.
