Kolkata Knight Riders' 24.75 crore investment bore fruit as Mitchell Starc wreaked havoc in Ahmedabad with his fiery ripper that not just sent shockwaves in SRH camp but also jolted there very spirit. 

Nitish Kumar Reddy had to crawl back to the pavillion for just 9 runs, further deepening the troubles of Orange Army.

Mitchell Starc bowled a short delivery, around the off-stump. Nitish misread the pace and bounce and aimed to pull it across the line on the back foot. The ball touched his sword and flew up behind the wicket region. Rahmanullah Gurbaz looked as if was waiting for it, as he ran forward towards his left and made a fine catch. 

With this Starc bagged his second wicket of the day, but it was only a minute later as on the very next ball he managed to send Shahbaz Ahmed back for a duck.

At the time of writing, SRH is in a dire need to stage a strong partnership, they are currently reeling at 45/4 with Rahul Tripathi and Heinrich Klaasen holding their nerves in the middle.
