India Women lost the first T20I against South Africa Women and needed a good start in the second T20I to put pressure back on the Proteas. 

They had a golden opportunity to do so in just the second over of the match with a wicket of Tanzim Brits, but the debutant wicketkeeper Uma Chetry made a blunder by collecting the ball just infront of the stumps while stumping Brits, and what was supposed to be a wicket was eventually signalled a no ball.

How Uma Chetry Missed Her Maiden Stumping Chance?

It was the fourth delivery of the second over and S Sajana bowled a lovely delivery, outside off that outfoxed Brits as she jumped down the track. The batter tried to defend it, but the ball beat the outside edge of her blade and Uma Chetry whipped the bails off in the flash. 

Brits was way out of her crease but when the replays rolled in, it showed that the part of glove was ahead of the line of the stumps and hence the delivery was given no-ball and Brits survived.

She made India pay after that reprieve and slammed her second fifty in as many games in this series to put South Africa Women in strong position in the second T20I.
