Avesh Khan was pretty expensive in the first T20I between India and Zimbabwe which Shubman Gill and company lost, but he started off on a bright note in the second game with two wickets in the first over. The first one of those wickets was of Dion Mayers and it brought a big bright smile on the face of the captain Shubman Gill.
It was a back-of-a-length delivery, outside off from Avesh Khan. Dion Mayers spotted an opportunity to get a boundary and threw his bat at it. However, he ended up hitting it straight to Rinku Singh at covers and he grabbed a sharp catch.

After the wicket of Dion Myers on the second delivery, Avesh also got the better of Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza on the final delivery of the over to reduce Zimbabwe to 46-4 in the run-chase of 235.
India's Batting Performance In 2nd T20I
India got to a massive score courtesy a maiden century by Abhishek Sharma and valiant knocks from Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rinku Singh. Also, the initial two wickets of Zimbabwe's innings were taken by Mukesh Kumar and India look favourite now to level the series after losing the first game.
