Not only the England top-order but also the English captain, Ben Stokes, surrendered in front of the mighty Indian bowling line-up in Rajkot on Sunday. England made their mockery chasing 557 runs, and Stokes became the latest causality as Kuldeep Yadav got the English skipper's number.
The flag-bearer of Bazball's second stay in the Rajkot Test was cut short after 39 deliveries. Stokes' crime was nothing but trying to sweep a Kuldeep Yadav fuller delivery - which pitched on the leg stump and turned away from the batter to hit him on the knee roll. The batter went upstairs, but it was just a formality - as Stokes went packing for a 39-ball 15.

Soon after bagging the English captain, Kuldeep Yadav bagged another scalp in the innings, sending Rehan Ahmed to the pavilion.
Earlier in the innings, the Indian bowlers ran an assault against the tourist batters, scalping the wickets of both openers before Tea. Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep spun in their web in the last session of the day.
Thanks to a blistering batting show put on by Yashasvi Jaiswal - who scored his second 200 in Test cricket, Shubman Gill and Sarfaraz Khan, Team India went on to post a score of over 400 runs for the second time in the game, asking England to chase 557 in their second innings.
England could not bring their Bazball approach in the chase of 557 runs. At the time of publishing, the visitors have seven wickets at 61.
