Ben Stokes and Ravi Ashwin are two of the best cricketers in the world and the battle between the two, especially in Test cricket, is a one to watch out for. In the first innings of Hyderabad Test, Ben Stokes tackled Ashwin quite well, but in the second innings, the Indian off-spinner proved too hot to handle as he cleaned up Stokes all ends up.

It was the 37th over and England needed Ben Stokes to stay with Ollie Pope, but Ashwin delivered a beauty that left English skipper high and dry. Ashwin came 'round the wicket on the fifth delivery and tossed it up nicely, on middle and off. Ben Stokes lunged forward to defend it, but the ball spun away from him, beat the outside edge of his blade and knocked over the off pole.

This is the 12th time in Test cricket that Ashwin has dismissed Ben Stokes, the most he has dismissed any batter in Tests.

England are in all sorts of trouble and need a big partnership soon, if they want to salvage some pride in this opening Test match. Ollie Pope is the only one who is showing fight and has displayed some great skills, mixing caution with aggression beautifully in his knock so far.
