Babar Azam is one of the most classy batters in world cricket and whenever the man gets going, he is a treat to watch. He is an important batter for Pakistan and is the pillar of of their batting line-up. In a tournament like World Cup, his role becomes even more crucial but he had an off day against the Dutch in the Pakistan's opening game of World Cup. However, he looked like a man on mission in the second game against the Lankans and started his innings with a beautiful flick shot.

However, he could not last long after a brilliant start to his innings and departed on 10 off a nothing delivery by Dilshan Madushanka. The shot, though, to get off the mark was a stamp of authority from the Pakistan captain. It was an overpitched delivery on middle, swinging into Babar. The right-hander sensed an opportunity and just beautifully flicked it through mid-wicket for a boundary.
