In the ongoing The Hundred match between Southern Brave and London Spirits, the latter, batting first, put on a disappointing show with the bat and scored just 108 runs after 90 deliveries at a loss of eight wickets. 

The ongoing game is special for several players as Jofra Archer and Shimron Hetmyer are making their Hundred debut, while Andre Russell is also playing his first game for London Spirit. 

Talking about Russell, he announced his arrival in style and opened his account with a four. He hogged the headlines when he smashed Archer for a massive six. 

Eventually, Archer had a last laugh as he got rid of dangerous Russell. On the 65th ball of the match, Russell tried to hit a shot for six down the third man, but could not clear the man at the boundary. 

After taking his maiden wicket in the Hundred, Archer pulled out a unique celebration and raised both his arms in the air.

Eventually, Archer registered the figures of 1/24 in 20 deliveries on his The Hundred debut. Notably, Archer had missed most of the action in the past couple of years because of a persisting elbow injury.
