Even after the dismissal of Surya, Samson continued this thrashing of the Proteas and moved swfitly towards a brilliant Hundred. The dismissal Samson resulted in the drop of scoring rate of India. The visitors lost a few wickets towards the end of their innings and what looked like a 230 plus total was ultimatley restricted at 202/8.
